Olivier Zahm called Prada’s new collection Sad, Sensual and Romantic and I couldn’t agree more with those words upon first look. I am such a fan of the carefully disheveled girls, seemingly like they’re walking right out of the hottest sexual situations… I die for the furs thrown on top of these already brilliant looks, getting that much more Belle De Jour in my head. I may be the biggest fan of jeans and tees but I’d happily take any of these looks and wear it for weeks..

This leather sleeved knit top from Nasty Gal is fuckin perfect. The only way it could only get any better if it was all deep dark inky black. Since I wear longsleeves/my leather jacket every day, this is kind of a dream.

Considering my lifestyle brings me more to dirt covered grounds more than clean indoor floors, I’m having a hard time rationalizing getting them because they’d just get completely fucking dirty but I want them SOO bad !!!!

Not that we could really give a shit for trends, as my husband and I have been dressing in the same wardrobe more than half our lives (you know, leather jacket, tight jeans, tattered tee’s, black boots) , I loved spotting the mens furs on the runway for Fall as I just got him that 1920’s monkey fur coat. Yes , Ryan has the look already down to a T… with much cooler fur! (I’ve been saying this for years but if Hedi Slimane were to meet my old man, well, he’d surely be as enamored as I am..) (Before we first met and I just knew the band he fronted, I used to refer to him as “that Iggy Pop motherfucker”)
